Under explicit request, the cleaning of the rooms is carried out every morning from 10.00 to 12.00 (reporting it with a special card next to the door). The change of linen takes place at every change of customer. In any case, for other needs, it is sufficient to communicate them to the management.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is forbidden.

Cancellation/Prepayment:
After having received our confirmation of availability, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay will be requested, to be paid into our account:

If you wish to cancel your reservation:
• With at least 14 days of margin before arrival, no penalty will be applied (if the deposit sum was already sent it will be returned).
• In the 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be withheld.

Tourist Tax:
Since January 2020, the Municipality of Ollomont has introduced a tourist tax of 1,50 € per person per night (children under the age of 13 are exempt from paying the tourist tax). This tax must be paid on the spot, in cash, following the issuance of a receipt from us.

Price of room for a night, breakfast included:
• Single room: 90 €
• Double room: 110 €
*Twin room with third bed for child from one month to thirteen years old: extra rate from 15 to 25 euro.
If you want a double room with separate beds, you must indicate this in the booking, thank you!

For payment we accept the ATMs and all major credit cards (visa, cartasì).
